Fire Emblem ; ; (rant-ish warning)

Omg...I haven't even TOUCHED FE:RD yet...And you know why? Because I'm determined to get all my character's stats the way I want it in FE: PoR (I'm crazy yes). That way, the stats can be transferred to FE:RD :\ But it's been driving me crazy ; ;

I've been stuck on the chapter where you are on the 3 ships and get Astrid and Gatrie, and every time I'm satisfied with the stat bonuses, the Sniper kills one of my characters and I have to start over lol >_>...Or some wank kills one of my characters normally lol...

I'm thinking about starting over from square one and getting all the bonuses I like on the "easier" chapters :\

I also don't feel to happy about doing FE fanart and not knowing the full story = =;

Anyone think this is a bad idea or if it's even worth it? ; ; I haven't played FE:RD so I'm not sure how the data transfer works.

I'd like your opinions or help ; ; Thank you in advance ><

P.S. Please refrain from revealing any spoilers lol; I'd appreciate it.
